We are faced with unprecedented demand for urgent care and that is our main focus currently.

This demand is set against certain limitations and restrictions placed upon our care as a result of the safety procedures that are critical in order for us to open safely. Safety of our patients and our staff is priority number one. For these reasons, we will not be offering routine care at this time and have to focus upon urgent care.

Visits to the Practice will strictly be by appointment only. Please do not attend the Practice without telephoning first to arrange an appointment. We will not be able to see you.

Upon telephoning the Practice, your call will be triaged and if urgent a virtual consultation will be arranged with one of our Dentists (via telephone or video call). The aim of the virtual consultation is to do our very best to diagnose your problem and discuss your treatment options before you have to attend the Practice. Please be aware that the treatment options we can offer at this time are restricted. If we can help, then we will book a face to face appointment for you to attend the Practice.

Before your face to face appointment, we will communicate with you by telephone and by e-mail explaining what you will have to do and what to expect when you attend the Practice.

We are hopeful that as the COVID alert level drops, we will be able to offer more treatment options as well as routine care. As always we will keep you updated as the situation progresses.
