Do you use Interdental brushes?

Interdental brushes help to prevent gum disease by getting rid of pieces of food and plaque from between your teeth. Bacteria accumulates on your gum line very quickly. Plaque on the gum line must be removed very carefully, otherwise deposits from food residue and bacteria found in our mouths will lead to tooth decay and especially to gum disease.

As a practice we are proud to promote curaprox products after using them ourselves. There are a wide variety of different brushes available within the Curaprox range.  CPS prime range are the finest little brushes on the market with unparalleled durability.  06 prime (turquoise color) is the smallest interdental brush of all, it can fit into the smallest gaps. The quality of the brushes makes a single cleaning movement sufficient.

Use a brush appropriate for the size of the space between your teeth, as advised by your dentist. Insert the brush gently between your teeth - don't try to force the brush into the space. If you work to a pattern round the whole of your mouth, it will help you not to miss out any of the spaces.
